Garson Farm and Batts Hill Distillers Launch New Blackberry Liqueur
Garson Farm and Batts Hill Distillers are bringing a taste of the Surrey countryside to your drinks cabinet, with our Blackberry Liqueur made with blackberries picked at Garson Farm in Esher.
Combining blackberries picked from our Garson Farm in Esher with the distilling expertise of Batts Hill Distillers, the new liqueur celebrates the best of our seasonal produce. The collaboration brings together two local names to create a distinctive drink that captures the rich, fruity flavours of freshly picked blackberries.
Versatile and full of flavour, the Garsons x Batts Hill Blackberry Liqueur can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, whether as part of a cocktail, added to a favourite tipple, or enjoyed as a seasonal treat. Its launch also provides the perfect excuse to experiment with new recipes at home.
Try the Batts Hill Bramble
Batts Hill Distillers has shared a recipe for the Batts Hill Bramble. This modern classic pairs fresh lemon tartness with blackberry sweetness, complemented by the distillery’s Surrey Dry Gin.
The blackberry liqueur is the finishing touch, drizzled over crushed ice to create the drink’s signature layered effect.
This Blackberry Liqueur launch follows the success of our initial collaboration with Batts Hill, where we created a delicious Strawberry Gin, using strawberries picked on our farm. Stock of this limited-batch refreshing tipple is running low, so if you want to pick some up for the festive season and beyond, we recommend doing so soon!
