IT’S A HAT-TRICK! GARSONS NAMED BEST CHRISTMAS IN THE UK

We are delighted! Garsons Esher has done it again, being awarded National winner of the Best Christmas Destination Garden Centre 2024 across the UK by the Garden Centre Association’s Christmas Awards for the third consecutive year.

We are also thrilled that Garsons Titchfield, Hampshire, was awarded second place as The Best Christmas Garden Centre in the South Thames area.

“The standard was off the scale this year, with amazing displays and superb retail practices.” Peter Burks, GCA's CEO.

The Chronicles of Christmas, our Narnia theme for this year at both stores, has been a real hit with visitors and is a true testament to the hard work our teams put in to create a magical shopping experience, which is all crafted in-house. A 6ft gold Aslan the Lion that’s been constructed by hand from cardboard takes centre stage at Garsons Esher, along with Jadis The White Witch, who can be spellbindingly seen in a chariot reining five polar bears leading the way high up to the glass ceiling are just a few of the eye-catching displays created this year. And at Garsons Titchfield, you'll be met with Mr Tumnus, whose theme excels in the intricacy of a woodland, as well as a walkthrough wardrobe to really set the scene of Narnia. It is our favourite time of year when we shine with our best magical displays, festive inspiration and plenty of creative ideas and photo opportunities for all. Many Garden Centre stores were judged across the country and were inspected on how well they capture and showcase the most wonderful time of the year… Christmas!

“We are tremendously proud of our dedicated teams, who have worked together to create a strong and striking Christmas offering for our valued customers. To be awarded these prestigious awards, and for the third time in a row, is remarkable and reflects the high standards we set ourselves.” Ben Thompson, Garsons Director.
