In 1981 the Thompson family opened the farm to the public for the first time, offering Pick Your Own strawberries and several vegetables.  The concept was immediately popular, and developed in to what is now one of the biggest Pick Your Own farms in the country.

Garson Farm consists of 155 acres of land bordering the River Mole, it’s source of water for crop irrigation.  Our dedicated team of farmers work hard year-round to ensure PYO fruit, vegetables and flowers may be picked from early June until late October each year.

Customers are able to choose from perfectly ripe soft fruits including strawberries and raspberries, fresh vegetables such as courgettes and sweetcorn and even beautiful seasonal sunflowers and dahlias.
