FARM TICKET INFO

A Farm Ticket is the only way you can enter and visit Garson Farm Pick Your Own.

A Farm Ticket is an entry-only ticket; it can't be refunded or credited against crops picked or used for any other form of exchange.

Farm Tickets are only available to book online through the ticketing site. They are not available on the gate, in-store or over the phone at Garsons Garden Centre.

Farm Tickets are non-refundable, including cancellations, weather changes, crop availability, and or missed time slots. Please factor this in prior to booking.

Bookings containing more than 8 Tickets will be shown as invalid, and the booking site will not let you proceed. You may make up to two bookings, subject to availability. Visitors who arrive with more individuals than the number of tickets will not be permitted entry. Group visitors of more than two booking orders with eight Farm Tickets (x2) may not be allowed entry without prior written confirmation from Garsons. Be aware that Garson Farm has a strict policy that no large minibuses or coaches can enter on-site anywhere at Garsons.

DID YOU KNOW - GARSON FARM HAS BEEN GROWING CROPS FOR 155 YEARS!

CAN'T BOOK OR SEE THE DAY/TIME YOU WANT? We meet with the farmers every day to find out which crops are available and how many are ready to pick. We can then release new dates for people to book. Usually, this is 7 days in advance, sometimes it’s less, sometimes it’s more, but as a rule, we try to stick to 7 days. Dates are usually released in the morning, from as early as 7 am. WEEKEND DATES are generally released the previous Friday morning.

Dates for Pumpkin Tickets are operated differently and are typically released for booking weeks/months in advance of the Pumpkin Parade - look out for tickets on our website towards the end of summer.

If a date hasn't yet been released, it may mean we need to monitor crop availability in a closer time frame - please bear with us. From time to time, we release extra tickets on sold-out days and time slots depending on crops, so please keep checking the site.

During the EARLY season, we may release dates on the same day or the day before, while we monitor crop availability more closely.

HAVING TROUBLE WITH BOOKING? On the rare occasion your booking isn't processing, please try the following: close the browser and start again, make sure you start with an empty basket by deleting all tickets before you begin, leave the password section blank, remove your auto fields and manually type in your details. Alternatively, email and a member of the PYO team will try and help you. Please don't call Garsons Garden Centre, as they don't have access to the Farm Ticketing booking system.

Please note: the ticketing site is not supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer, please copy and paste the link into Google Chrome or an alternative browser https://garsons.digitickets.co.uk/tickets

CROPS ON THE DAY OF YOUR VISIT

Crop availability varies day-to-day depending on past and current weather conditions which affect the growth and timings of the crop, therefore we cannot guarantee specific crops to be available on the day of your booking, however, we carefully estimate crop availability as best as we can. Please check the What's Picking Today page. We do not offer any refunds for bookings due to crop availability.
