ABOUT JOHNSON'S

The company was founded by Bernard Johnson in 1975. At the beginning, they provided a place for local fishermen to land their catches daily, with a small retail outlet on Camber Quay. Over 50 years later, Johnson's now serve schools, colleges, pubs, hotels, catering firms, farm shops and the public with the highest quality fish. The team pride themselves on their fishmongering skills and knowledge of seafood to prepare any fish to a high standard.

They pride themselves on fish that goes from the sea to the market in under 24 hours, offering catches such as: Line-caught wild Sea Bass, Dover Sole, Brill & Plaice, Mackerel & Skate wing, Shellfish (including English lobster and crab).
