Frequently asked questions about Garsons Card

  • What is a Garsons Card?

Garsons Card is a membership programme to reward customers in many different ways. It can be used in the Garden Centre, Farm Shop and 'Pick Your Own'. The Card holder will have access to monthly offers, 20% off discount on the 'Plant of the Month' range, invitations to exclusive shopping evenings and events and 10% off 'Pick Your Own' Monday to Friday. The card does not collect points.

  • How do I get a Garsons Card?

Please apply online at https://www.garsons.co.uk/garsons-card/sign-up or complete an application form in-store. Customers should receive their card within 10 days.

  • I have lost my card - can I have a new one?

We are unable to reproduce the same numbered card. If a card has been lost we can send a replacement card. This will be a new number; the new card will have new key fobs attached. Please use our contact form to let us know, stating your name & address.

  • My address has changed

Please contact us using the contact form, stating your name, old address and new address.

  • How do I redeem offers?

All Garsons Member offers are now automatically applied at our tills, with no need for paper or electronic vouchers, provided a valid Garsons card is used in the transaction.

  • I have a Garsons card but I don’t get any vouchers or communications by post?

During 2019, we significantly reduced our printing and postal mailings by providing email vouchers which scan from mobile phones. In 2020, we want to further improve our environmental footprint. All Garsons Member offers will now be automatically applied at our tills, with no need for paper or electronic vouchers, provided a valid Garsons card is used in the transaction. Offers will be promoted monthly via email, social media, website and in-store communications, with the relevant product on offer clearly highlighted in-store. With less pieces of paper in your purse, and no need to scroll through emails, we're hoping this new process will make shopping with us a little easier.

  • I have a Garsons card but I don’t get any vouchers or communications by email?

Please contact us using our Contact Form, stating your name, email address and account number (visible on the card).

  • I would like to unsubscribe from the Garsons Card membership
