SALES ASSISTANT - PLANTERIA

Hours: Full time (rota basis to include alternate weekends)

Salary: £18,732 - £21,720 (depending on experience)

Location: Esher, Surrey

We have an exciting opportunity  for a Sales Assistant to join the Planteria team at our Garden Centre in Esher.

The responsibilities of the role are to:

Ensure merchandising and housekeeping standards of the Planteria department are kept to the Garsons standards.

  • Ensure displays are innovative, practical and maintained, and that these are refreshed on a regular basis
  • Provide our customers with an exceptional level of service
  • Order product using our retail management system
  • Communicate effectively at all levels
  • Carry out every day duties such as advising customers; stock replenishment; stock taking; lifting and moving stock

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have some knowledge of the house plants, shrubs and bedding
  • Have retail shop floor experience within a busy environment
  • Be competent and confident with computer work
  • Enjoy working as part of a highly motivated team
  • Be able to work on their own initiative

Hours: Full time, rota basis including alternate weekend

Salary: £18,192 to £21,720 (depending on experience)

Location: Esher, Surrey

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced till operative to join our Customer Service team at our busy Garden Centre in Esher.

The responsibilities of the role are to:

  • The ability to provide a positive customer experience
  • A professional manner when dealing with customer enquiries
  • Accurate and efficient use of the tills
  • Ensure merchandising and housekeeping standards of the Garden Centre are kept to the Garsons standards
  • Carry out everyday duties such as advising customers; stock replenishment; stock taking; lifting and moving stock

 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be able to work within a busy environment and possess retail shop floor experience
  • Be competent and confident with computer work
  • Enjoy working as part of a highly motivated team
  • Be able to work on their own initiative
