PYO SALES ASSISTANTS

Hours: Approx.35 hours a week including every weekend (September & October months only)

Salary: £7.36ph to £8.28ph

Location: Esher, Surrey

We have an exciting opportunity for Sales Assistants to join the Pick Your Own team at our Esher site.

The ideal candidates will:

  • Have some experience and enjoy working as part of a highly motivated team
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and experience in a retail environment
  • Have previous use of till systems

Our PYO Assistants are required to work every weekend (Saturdays and Sundays) and either 4 mornings or 4 afternoons during the week.

We are looking for candidates to start in September and work through to 31st October. The working week is approximately 35 hours per week.

SEASONAL SALES ASSISTANT – CHRISTMAS

Hours: Full time (rota basis to include alternate weekends)

Temporary role: 2nd September - 24th December 2019

Salary: £17,832 - £21,288

Location: Esher, Surrey

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join the Christmas team at our Garden Centre in Esher.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring displays are innovative, practical and maintained and that these are refreshed on a regular basis
  • Ensuring housekeeping and merchandising standards of the Christmas Department are kept to the highest level
  • Providing our customers with an exceptional level of service
  • General duties include advising customers; stock replenishment; ordering; and some physical work, eg lifting and moving stock

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have good attention to detail
  • Enjoy working as part of a highly motivated team
  • Have previous gift department and/or retail experience

GARSONS RESTAURANT

Hours: Part & Full time

Salary: Various, depending on experience  

Location: Esher, Surrey

Currant vacancies available:

  • Full Time Catering Assistant (25 or 35 hours)
  • Full Time Barista (35 hours)
  • Part Time Cleaner (16 hours) 16 hours, Wednesday to Sunday, £9 ph

SALES ASSISTANT/BUTCHER – BEVAN’S BUTCHERS

Hours: Your will be working a two week ROTA with two days off per week, you will be expected to work weekends.
Salary: Based on experience
Location: Esher, Surrey

We have an exciting opportunity for a sales assistant/Butcher to join Bevan’s Butchers team in the farm shop in Esher.

The responsibilities of the role are to:

  • Greeting and serving customers
  • You will be trained in the various different cuts and types of meat, you will also be trained on cooking times in order to advise our customers.
  • Ensure housekeeping standards are kept to the Bevan’s standards.
  • Ensure displays are innovative, topped up and maintained, and that these are refreshed on a regular basis.
  • Provide our customers with an exceptional level of service.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Carry out every day duties such as advising customers; stock replenishment; stock taking; lifting and moving stock.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Ideally you should have a level 1 Hygiene certificate (not essential)
  • A strong team player
  • Polite and helpful
  • Good English and maths
  • Plenty of patience
  • Good time-keeping
  • Pride in appearance
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Willing to learn new things
