Please read the following guidelines and safety measures so you know what to expect while shopping with us: 

  • No entry without a face-covering, unless exempt 
  • We have the NHS Track & Trace QR Codes located at our Garden Centre and Restaurant entrances
  • We are monitoring customer numbers to ensure we continue to provide a safe environment 
  • Additional safety measures for The Orangery Tea House restaurants can be found here 
  • We offer Covid–19 testing to all our staff
  • Where possible payments to be made by card or contactless
  • We have additional cleaning and hygiene measures in place, including frequently sanitising commonly touched areas
  • Do not enter premises if you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19
  • The business is complying with Government Guidance
