Growing for Health Educational Talk with Liz Hutson.
How plants and gardening can benefit your health and how they impact the environment.
Concerns about our health and the environment are at an all-time high, leaving many of us feeling overwhelmed and powerless.
Qualified nutritionist and horticulturist Liz Hutson has been researching the link between health, longevity and gardening for many years. Liz will be doing a talk for us at Garsons, Esher on Thursday 27th February 2020 at 09.30am to show you how you can take simple steps to support the health of you, your family and the planet and why it is so imperative as many of us as possible do so.
The entire talk, with a break, will last 2.5 hours and is due to finish at 12pm. Attendees will receive access to a free, comprehensive e-book that can be enjoyed after the event, with a wealth of useful, practical information and further references. A coffee or tea refreshment will be provided during the break.
