Frequently asked questions about Garsons Card

  • What is a Garsons Card?

Garsons Card membership is a loyalty programme to reward customers in many different ways. It can be used in the Garden Centre, Farm shop and Pick Your Own. The Card holder will receive exclusive vouchers and offers, approximately 4 times a year, monthly offers on product categories, invitations to exclusive shopping evenings and 10% off Pick Your Own Monday to Friday. The card does not collect points.

  • How do I get Garsons Card?

Please apply online at https://www.garsons.co.uk/garsons-card/sign-up  or complete an application card in-store. Customers should receive their card within 7-10 days.

  • I have lost my card - can I have a new one? Does my card expire?

We are unable to reproduce the same numbered card. If a card has been lost we can send a replacement card. This will be a new number; the new card will have new key fobs attached. Please use our contact form to let us know, stating your name & address.

  • My address has changed

Please contact us using the contact form, stating your name, old address and new address.

  • How do I redeem my vouchers? Can I use them as and when I want to?

To be able to redeem vouchers customers need to present their Garsons Card with the voucher as they are exclusive to Garsons card holders only. All vouchers have an expiry date, please check small print on individual vouchers.

  • I have a Garsons card but I don’t get any vouchers or Gazette in the post?
